Action Plan

The Long Tom Watershed Council Action Plan has two parts. One is the 2005-07 Council Work Plan. The other is the longer-term Conservation Strategy, which is currently being developed.

CONSERVATION STRATEGY

To read the full draft of the Council's Restoration Priorities, the main component of the Conservation Strategy, please click here.

Council meetings to discuss components of the developing strategy are being held through 2006 and each part is being presented to Council at regular meetings.

Please contact the Council if you would like to be involved. Click here to read more about the approach which will show you the "Conservation Strategy Concepts" (a 1-page document also available in our on-line library).

2005-2007 COUNCIL WORK PLAN

The 1-page summary of the 2005-2007 Council Work Plan is now available, and shows the goals, objectives and priorities for the next two years. There are many volunteers helping to achieve the work plan and meet the goals of our grant from the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board. Please review the actions in our plan and contact us if you could possibly help out.
