It also shows the Council leadership involved. Please find also a draft of the FY'2012 Budget (2 pages). Thank you to the many volunteer, leaders, and funders helping to achieve the goals of the watershed council!
CONSERVATION STRATEGY
Click to read our Conservation Strategy (2005, 25 pages, 4.4 Mb). This document maps and describes the Council's priority area for each major area of the Council's work in the Long Tom Watershed. These areas of work match with either specific factors limiting watershed health (e.g. high water temperature) or key habitat types (e.g. oak woodland and streamside riparian areas). A brief description of the Council's ecological goals and approach to restoration and monitoring is included. This document is updated every 5-7 years.
2009-2014 STRATEGIC PLAN
Click to read the Council's Strategic Plan for 2009 - 2014 (2009, 16 pages, 632 KB). This Plan outlines specific strategies and measurable objectives for a 3-5 year time period. It also expands upon the Council's mission and vision statement in our Mission and Goals page. This document is updated every 2-5 years. The Strategic Plan Executive Summary Spreadsheet (292 KB) is a 2-page document providing an overview of the Plan with Board and staff leadership noted, as well as the focus for the current year of work in relation to the overall plan.
