Restoration Projects

Restoration projects are being undertaken throughout the watershed by the Council and a number of partners. So far, the Council has completed 50 restoration projects and counting. Many more projects are either underway or have secured funding. Projects have included riparian and stream enhancement, establishing grassed waterways, improving instream habitat, restoring upland prairie and oak savanna, and replacing culverts to improve fish passage.

For more information about the Council's Restoration Program, please see our Restoration Program Brochure, contact one of our Restoration Team Staff, or attend one of our regular council meetings or project tours.
