Peg Boulay & Bruce Newhouse: On Trust & Relationships (VIDEO)

Peg Boulay (wildlife ecologist and educator) and Bruce Newhouse (ecologist) continue our annual celebration week with some brief words about how the work of the council, strong relationships, and community stewardship lead to a healthier watershed!

Peg Boulay & Bruce Newhouse have been connected with the Long Tom in many ways for many years. In that time, they have seen the results of strong relationships and a culture of caring play out for the benefit and health of our local ecosystems. We hope you’ll enjoy learning from Peg and Bruce what they feel makes this watershed special, this council special, and their hopes for the future of the Long Tom.
This is just a snippet of what they had to share about this watershed and your role in stewarding it. Thank you, Peg and Bruce for your years of partnership and sharing your stories!

We’ll continue sharing previews of additional voices in the watershed over the next several days, so be sure to continue checking our website and Facebook page!
Then tune in at 6pm on November 17th for a YouTube LIVE broadcast and screening of this short film featuring Peg’s and Bruce’s voices and many others. It’s free to watch, but a gift of any size will get you entered in a live drawing for exciting door prizes!
Visit our main Annual Celebration event page to learn more and give. We hope you’ll give generously to your watershed today and help us reach our $10,000 celebration fundraising goal. We have already raised $3700 from watershed stewards like you!
Thank you to Cliff Etzel (CE Visuals) for his great work putting this video project together!
