Voluntary & proactive urban stormwater project at Davis Commercial Properties helps water quality and also beautifies the property. This urban stormwater project on Willamette and 27th St. was designed to showcase simple and inexpensive solutions. Runoff from ~ 14,0900 square feet of impervious surface were diverted into rain gardens and vegetated swales that will reduce toxics and other pollutants before urban runoff enters Amazon Creek.
