The Long Tom Watershed Council is seeking a highly collaborative individual to lead a team of highly competent, dedicated professionals. The Council has a diverse portfolio of projects including instream/riparian, uplands, urban, the Traditional Ecological Inquiry Program, and other special projects. We’re seeking an innovative individual with a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion; experience in organizational management and fundraising; and dedication to supportive and collaborative leadership.
Clinton Begley, our Executive Director of the last seven years, recently transitioned to an exciting new role with a national river organization and had this to say about his time at LTWC: “To look back over our annual reports and newsletters is just one small way to get a sense for everything we have been able to accomplish together over the last seven years. This is a full-time position with an anticipated salary range between $77,000 – $90,000 including a generous benefits package (health/dental/vision + 401k with 8% match + PTO + short-term disability)
