Thank you for submitting your name for the limited attendee guided “Winter Waterfowl Walk” on February 24th, 2022! We will randomly draw names through a lottery and notify everyone whether or not their names were selected on February 22nd. At that time we will also provide directions and a map to the parking lot where we will be meeting at 3 p.m. at the Fern Ridge Wildlife Area.
Those randomly selected to attend should consider:
- Wearing sturdy shoes or boots
- Wearing muted or neutral colors (if possible)
- Dressing for weather, including potential cold and/or rainy conditions
- Bringing: water bottle, hat, and if you have them, binoculars
